The Old Church on the Green in Hudson, still a landmark after 150 years of service to the community!
The acoustics in the church are great, with the PA system providing a "boost".

The concert was both a benefit for the church and a release party for our Live at Lock 3 CD. Click here to read more on our Music on CD page.

The Old Church on the Green in Hudson, Ohio has been a landmark on the square for 150 years. Once a stop on the underground railroad during the civil war, it appears today much as it did back then.

The Brick Road Ramblers played a three hour concert at the church, both as a benefit fundraiser and to celebrate the release of our Live at Lock 3 CD. The church had been damaged during recent flooding, so all of the proceeds from the show went directly to the church to help with the repairs.

The concert featured all of the songs on the Live at Lock 3 CD, most of the songs from our Porch Music CD, and several other favorites. Also, CDs and T-shirts were given away as door prizes during the show. Everyone enjoyed the music, and even the mayor of Hudson was there!

Thanks to Larry for having us out to the church, and to Cat who did poetry readings during the breaks.
