This was written for us by Peter Hessman during a recent performance at Scott's Folkatorium...

Friday evening at the Folkatorium

Musicians setting up their instruments

Talking amongst each other

A handful of audience

Food out for the hungry

Now or later

For most now

Sloppy Joes for a sloppy evening

Sound check all done

Instruments being tuned

The ear on the wall listening

And away they go

Bluegrass so fine

Sings so pretty

They play so well

They're darn good

Not just ramblin' on

They're for real

Very enjoyable!

Scott's Folkatorium is located in Akron 2567 South Arlington road, Suite 5. It is rapidly becoming the place for folk musicians to perform. We're glad to have played at this intimate venue several times, and it has always been a great experience! During the break you can visit Scott's storefront, full of retro collectables, and Scott always provides munchies for during the performance.
